What You’ll Do:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule vehicle service appointments
- Communicate with customers to ensure top-notch service experiences
- Support the service team in follow-ups, reminders, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records and help keep the service department organized

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Experience in automotive service or BDC is a plus, but not required
