Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver comprehensive French language lessons tailored to diverse student needs and proficiency levels
- Create an engaging classroom atmosphere that motivates students to participate actively and enjoy the learning process
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback
- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enrich students’ understanding of Francophone countries and traditions
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs, ensuring inclusive learning experiences
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation,



and student performance for reporting purposes
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success and address any concerns promptly

Qualifications

- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Proven classroom experience teaching French or related language courses
- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and curriculum development for language instruction
- Experience working with students who have special education needs is highly desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages
- Ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles and proficiency levels
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and positive classroom environment
