Anvil Metals Inc is a family-run metal fabrication shop near Landmark, MB. We are looking for a machinist to join our team. We do custom welding & fabrication, waterjet cutting, structural steelwork & installation, CNC/manual machining and steel sales. We are not a production shop and the projects that would be accomplished by the applicant are of a wide variety. This position would also include a variety of basic metal working tasks like saw cutting, operating press brake etc.

desired qualifications include:

- aptitude to perform a wide variety of metal working tasks

- ability to write G-code an asset

- Ability to read & understand blueprints

- Ability to perform related fabrication skills

- Knowledge of the basic hand tools used in metal working

- Attention to detail

- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Strong work ethic & interpersonal skills
