Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety regulations




- Support food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring quick turnaround times during busy hours

Experience

- Must have 1-2 years of experience in full service restaurant.
- Previous experience in food service restaurants required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles within restaurants, cafes, or grocery stores is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
