NS Roofer is looking for a motivated Residential Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Halifax / HRM.

This is a field-based sales role. We provide company-generated leads, but successful candidates are also expected to actively generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups.

Roofing experience is an asset, but not required. We will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners and build robust relationships

Follow up on company-provided leads

Generate new opportunities through door-to-door canvassing, calls, referrals, and neighbourhood prospecting

Conduct roof assessments using ladders, drones, and measurement tools

Explain roofing options including shingles, metal roofing, ventilation, flashing, underlayment, and warranties

Prepare and present quotations

Follow up with customers and close sales

Update customer information and sales activity in CRM daily

What We’re Looking For

Strong English communication skills

Confident speaking with local homeowners

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Able to travel throughout Halifax / HRM





Comfortable working outdoors and conducting roof assessments

Willing to knock on doors, make calls, and actively create opportunities

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Previous roofing, construction, home improvement, automotive, solar, HVAC, or outside sales experience is an asset

$120,000+ annual earning potential for strong performers
