Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and treatment options to promote healthy skin habits
- Conduct product demos and upsell skincare products and retail items to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries professionally, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments,



check-ins, and payment processing
- Support the team with additional beauty services such as nail care, hair styling, or hospitality tasks as needed

Skills

- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product recommendations
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in all treatments
- Experience in retail sales and upselling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is preferred but not required
- Passion for hospitality and guest services to create memorable experiences for every client
