Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Full-Time Position

About the Opportunity:

An established and growing commercial construction company is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join its team. The organization delivers a variety of commercial construction projects and is committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Position Overview:

This role requires a professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with a strong understanding of construction and building practices. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support projects from initial planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinating and supporting all phases of construction projects
- Managing project documentation and administrative processes
- Reviewing and interpreting project drawings and specifications
- Assisting with procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress,



timelines, and deliverables
- Supporting cost control and change management processes
- Coordinating permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with project reporting and documentation
- Supporting project close-out, deficiencies, and final deliverables
- Performing other related duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or general construction
- Proficiency with common office and project management software
- Solid knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Additional Details:

- Training may be provided for the right candidate
- Compensation will be based on experience

Work Location: In person

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
