Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and landscape features using hand tools and power tools
- Operate equipment such as excavators and mechanical tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Support irrigation system installation, repairs, and adjustments to ensure proper watering of landscapes
- Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding to promote healthy growth
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and debris removal
- Assist with construction projects like building retaining walls, pathways, or garden beds following safety protocols




- Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal operation

Qualifications

- Previous experience with construction or landscaping is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (drills, saws) is advantageous
- Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions for extended periods
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Pay: $18.25-$29.64 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
