Service Associate (Membership Advisor) at Orangetheory Fitness Taylor

Do you thrive in a high-energy environment and love connecting with people? Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a Service Associate (Membership Advisor) to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be the first face of the studio—welcoming guests, guiding them through membership options, and creating an outstanding member experience. You’ll help drive studio growth through sales, community outreach, and strong customer service, all while being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet and engage with guests and members to create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere.
- Present membership options and close sales.
- Manage class bookings, retail sales, and member accounts.
- Make calls, send follow-ups, and support local marketing initiatives.
- Keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and ready for classes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.




- Sales or customer service experience (fitness industry a bonus!).
- Comfortable working with goals and motivated by results.
- Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour
