The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to help accelerate Pentio's growth.

This is a relationship-driven role for someone who has an established network across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ServiceNow Account Executives, partner teams, technology partners, and enterprise clients.

You’ll be responsible for creating and developing opportunities, building strategic relationships, managing the sales cycle, and working closely with our consulting team to deliver solutions that address real client challenges.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain relationships with ServiceNow Account Executives and partner teams.

Develop relationships with mid-market, enterprise clients and technology partners.

Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline.

Identify ServiceNow consulting, implementation, optimization, AI, integration, and managed services opportunities.

Partner with ServiceNow sellers to identify and pursue joint opportunities.

Develop new logos while expanding existing client relationships.

Lead opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.

Work with Pentio's consulting and technical teams to develop client solutions and proposals.





Develop account plans and identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

Represent Pentio at ServiceNow events, conferences, partner events, and client meetings.

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in technology, consulting, professional services, SaaS, or IT services sales.

Proven enterprise sales experience and a track record of closing deals.

Established relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow and the enterprise technology landscape.

Experience selling consulting, implementation, managed services, or technology solutions.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build pipeline and create opportunities.

You Will Stand Out If You Have

Existing relationships with ServiceNow Account Executives, Solution Consultants, or Partner Executives.

Experience working for a ServiceNow partner or technology consulting firm.

Experience selling ServiceNow services or solutions.

Strong relationships with CIO, CTO, CISO, IT, Customer Service, Security, or Digital Transformation leaders.

Experience across Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities, or other enterprise industries.
