Key Responsibilities:



• Liaise effectively with clients regarding coverage requests • Prepare and present quotes and renewals to clients • Manage daily administration of accounts and documentation • Handle claims and provide status updates to clients • Assist in training recent team members as needed

Requirements: • At least 5 years of personal insurance experience is mandatory • Must hold a General Insurance Agent Level II license • Active pursuit of CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations preferred • Experience with broker management systems, such as Epic, is an asset • Relevant post-secondary degree is preferred
