The Role

This is the founding hire on our Hospitality team, and it's a role built to grow. To start, you'll own the partner journey from first touch through early success: bringing new hospitality partners into the program, getting them set up, and making sure their first wins happen fast. As the team scales, so will your scope. If you want to help shape a program from the ground up, this is the role for you!

What You'll Own

- Top-of-funnel and acquisition. Identify, reach, and enroll new hospitality partners, building the pipeline that fuels program growth. Partner with agentic AI tooling to run weekly outreach campaigns, monitor performance, and refine targeting to keep the pipeline full.

- Onboarding. Conduct 1:1 video enrollment sessions with new partners, ensuring first-time bedding orders are placed, fulfilled, and delivered without friction.

- Points of purchase. Ensure partners receive and correctly deploy points-of-purchase materials inside of their property or properties.

- Early performance monitoring. Track each partner's early performance data to ensure their listing is driving brand impressions from guests.





- Partner success and milestone management. Execute account management workflows that carry partners through key milestones and deliver instructional modules to partners with underperforming listings.

What You Bring

- Experience in account management, customer success, partnerships, or onboarding

- Availability to work part-time during U.S. business hours

- High responsiveness and strong follow-through

- Self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguity

- Solid organizational instincts and the ability to manage many partners and workflows at once

- Clear, direct communication that builds trust quickly

- Data fluency to spot underperforming listings and coach toward measurable improvement

- Comfort working across CRM and marketing tools, including Lark, Inflektion, and Klaviyo

- Interest in working alongside agentic AI tools to drive outreach and efficiency

- Familiarity with the vacation rental or short-term rental ecosystem is a strong plus
