Position Function

This position will provide financial accounting support to Overhead Door Corporation l/ Wayne Dalton locations in Canada.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- ​****Accounts reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Daily invoices, credit notes and cash application for all 3 locations.
- ​Customer statements and credit card payment management for all 3 locations.
- Stock transfers between the 3 locations.
- Daily part number set up in system and costing functions.
- Bad debt write-offs
- Assist with communication with Shared Services at OHD Corporate Headquarters.​

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Oracle a plus
- Above average knowledge of Excel, and the ability to work comfortably with other programs in Microsoft Office
- Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

- Minimum Associates Degree or high school education plus post-secondary accounting education, or 2-4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience
