Administrative Business Partner II to join its ranks. This is a role where your ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes directly shapes the productivity and success of the people you support — and by extension, the work Google delivers to its clients worldwide.
Day-to-day, you'll be the operational backbone for your team and executive stakeholders. From calendar management and travel coordination to planning events and handling expense management , you'll keep all the moving parts in sync so everyone else can stay focused on what they do best.

Benefits and Salary This position offers a salary range of $86,000–$88,000 CAD per year , along with a
15% bonus target ,
equity , and a comprehensive benefits package .

Responsibilities As an
Administrative Business Partner II at Google Cloud Consulting, your work spans scheduling, logistics, event coordination, and financial administration. These responsibilities are central to ensuring the team operates efficiently and executives remain focused on high-priority work.
Schedule and maintain calendar events with minimal guidance, ensuring executive and team meetings are well prepared
Execute expense management activities accurately and with minimal supervision
Assess and advocate for office space needs independently
Plan and organise internal and external programs and events, managing all logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors
Complete travel coordination tasks with minimal guidance, arranging itineraries and logistics as needed
Anticipate operational needs and resolve administrative issues proactively before they affect the team
Stay current with the latest Google products and services and apply that knowledge to support team projects strategically
Requirements / Skills Google is looking for an organised, dependable professional who thrives in a rapid-moving environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience in a technology or international corporate setting and is comfortable working independently at a high level of responsibility.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment, covering tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination
Preferred: 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, including managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning through to execution
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
Sound business judgment and analytical thinking to navigate complex operational situations
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and adapt quickly to a changing environment
2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination). Preferred: 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
