Administrative Team Lead on a full-time basis.

The ideal for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday (Potential for some Saturdays)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1 year of experience is considered an asset as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Customer service mindset

Strong Attention to detail

Good Organization and time-management skills comfortable learning new software and systems
