Your duties include checking diet orders upon admissions and acting on feedback from residents and families. You are expected to lead the Food Services Workers in maintaining operational excellence while providing comforting meals tailored to residents’ needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare meals adhering to resident dietary requirements • Check and confirm accuracy of diet orders • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas • Handle resident concerns with effective communication • Lead the Food Services Workers in daily operations
Requirements: • Previous supervisory cooking experience necessary • Current Safe Food Handling Certificate preferred • Minimum public-school education background • Diploma in food preparation is an advantage • Strong commitment to resident care and communication
