Your deep understanding of club operations and user requirements will ensure that backlog items cater to diverse customer needs and configurations. You will foster close collaboration with Engineering to streamline workflow delivery and integration.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own the Encore product backlog with prioritized user stories • Translate internal and external business needs into explicit requirements • Ensure workflows align with production environment usage • Remove blockers and resolve conflicts during development • Validate delivered features against acceptance and operational criteria

Requirements: • 3–5+ years experience as a Product Owner • Background in defining requirements for operational software • Strong collaboration skills with agile teams • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively • Experience with integrated systems or cloud solutions
