As an Assistant Nutrition Manager, you will ensure that residents receive individualized nutritional care. Responsibilities include reviewing dietary plans, placing orders, and upholding sanitation practices. You will work alongside the Nutrition Manager to guarantee a secure and nurturing environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage ongoing nutritional care for residents at risk • Personalize therapeutic diets according to individual needs • Conduct monthly inventory and ordering of supplies • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies • Assist with workforce management for the Food Service team

Requirements: • Membership in Canadian Society of Nutrition Management or Dietitian qualification • 2 years of experience in long-term care desired • Familiarity with nutritional standards and regulations • Demonstrated leadership and computer skills • Completion of Vulnerable Sector Screening
