Roots is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will report to the Store Manager and help create the Roots experience for customers and staff. The ASM supports store operations and leads by example in sales, service and teamwork, driving a positive, guest‑focused environment.
Requirements include 2+ years of retail apparel experience, a solid sense of style, superb communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
