Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification Strong automotive diagnostic skills Experience working on multiple makes and models Strong passenger vehicle and light-truck experience Electrical and electronic diagnostic experience

Ability to troubleshoot problems rather than simply replace parts Strong mechanical knowledge Good productivity and time-management skills Consistent quality workmanship Low comeback rate Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently Team-oriented attitude Professional communication skills Willingness to help apprentices and less-experienced technicians Compensation
