About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Quality Control Inspector to join their manufacturing facility in Kimberley . This crucial role involves inspecting vehicles and automotive components throughout the production process to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and specifications. You will play a key role in identifying defects, documenting issues, and working with production teams to implement corrective actions. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of vehicles and automotive parts at various production stages.
- Utilize measuring tools and gauges to verify component dimensions and specifications.
- Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform final quality checks before vehicles are released for distribution.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Automotive Quality Control Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
