Requirements: • Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • 2 years of acute care experience in the past 5 years • Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation Certification (obtain within 6 months) • Excellent conflict resolution and critical thinking skills • Commitment to ongoing nursing education and professionalism
