Your expertise will encompass all HR functions such as coaching, performance reviews, and inclusion initiatives. By working directly within stores 2-3 days a week, you will be key in guiding local leaders toward effective talent management and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement HR programs and coach store leaders effectively
- Provide HR mentorship on policies and procedures
- Drive leadership development and talent management
- Collaborate on recruitment strategies to enhance diversity
- Help resolve conflicts and foster a performance culture Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of HR experience or equivalent
- CHRP designation or relevant postgraduate degree
- Strategic thinking and strong organizational skills
