Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards across all projects. Create, manage, and maintain high-quality BIM models for architectural designs. Coordinate BIM models with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to identify and resolve clashes.
Lead BIM training sessions for architects, designers, and other project team members.
Ensure adherence to BIM protocols and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Explore and integrate new technologies and workflows to enhance BIM capabilities.
Requirements
Professional Architect qualification or extensive architectural experience. Minimum 5 years of experience focused on BIM implementation and management. Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of other BIM software. In-depth knowledge of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
