Pay Range: $75,000 - $105,000

Position Overview:
Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot. Askuity's mission is to transform merchant-vendor collaboration between The Home Depot and its product suppliers by enabling best-in-class data-driven decision-making and real-time retail execution.
As a Business analyst, you are primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity of our information systems data, corporate reporting, managing the US contract process and providing tool access to our users . You are a problem solver who has a strong attention to detail, can work with a diverse set of stakeholders to address issues, works to make processes more efficient and has a customer-first mindset .
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day program operations for the Supplier Analytics Program; this includes but is not limited to:
Executing on contract management and being the main point of contact (internal and external) for any contract related questions
Providing access, supporting user onboardin g, and maintaining user data in information systems
Working with product partners and cross-functional team members to resolve any issues
Building infrastructure / processes to support program operations processes and reporting
Maintain the data integrity of our information system s and support administration of information systems E xtracting data from internal databases and manually loading into our information systems
Performing regular audits to validate data accuracy
Reconcile data, coordinate and communicate with stakeholders as needed
Support various administrative tasks related to information systems
Responsible for producing various corporate reporting across the entire Supplier Analytics program
Regularly update KPIs on agreed upon cadence in different information systems
Perform ad-hoc analysis to better understand data, support strategic decisions and business presentations
Support project work as needed and w ork to improve and streamline processes within own function through automation or enhancements
Work with project teams to define and deliver on project requirements
Identify and execute on process improvements; coordinating and communicating with stakeholders as needed
Maintain accurate documentation by contributing to organizational knowledge base and project roadmaps
Organizational skills are essential; ability to manage multiple priorities within a diverse workload, track and monitor multiple work activities
Ability to work independently and with various teams; self-motivated and promotes a positive working environment
Clear and concise written and verbal communicator; ability to communicate with various levels A strong desire to learn and openness to receiving and providing feedback on process improvements/enhancements
Skills:
Good analytical skills; problem solver
Good working knowledge of E xcel
Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is an asset

Working Conditions :
Working in an office setting: computer work, camera on virtual meetings
University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.
Minimum Years of Work Experience:
1-2 years of analytical experience
Previous leadership experience is an asset
Certifications:
Business Analyst, Tableau or Salesforce certifcations are an asset
Other Requirements/ Assets:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Visio, and MS Project
Retail experience an asset
