Act as a trusted advisor to guide senior leaders through organizational changes and talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Partner with leaders on people strategies and organizational effectiveness • Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes • Provide coaching on employee relations and performance management • Analyze organizational challenges and implement solutions • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise for aligned services

Requirements: • 8 years of HR experience with 4 years in a Business Partner role • Solid background in change management and employee relations • Proven ability to develop strategic people solutions • Degree in HR, Business or related field • CHRP designation considered an asset
