- Administrative Duties: Handle daily office work, documentation, scheduling, and transaction processing.
- Fleet Support: Perform occasional physical duties,



including light car washing/detailing to ensure vehicles are clean and presentable.
- Vehicle Shuttle: Conduct customer pickups, drop-offs, and vehicle transports across the Markham area.Qualifications & Requirements- Driving Record: Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required due to vehicle transport responsibilities).
- Languages: Fluent in English (required); proficiency in additional languages is a robust plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in car rentals, customer service, or management is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to balance office administration with hands-on physical tasks.
