Support children's growth as a Casual School Age Leader with YMCA BC in Prince George, BC. Deliver enriching programs for children ages 5-12 in a safe, inclusive setting. This role focuses on constructing an engaging atmosphere for school-aged children during before and after school hours.

You will create and lead activities that cater to diverse needs while also mentoring new staff. Your contributions will foster a supportive and strong community environment that celebrates individuality. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the creation of inclusive, high-quality programming

- Supervise and mentor recent team members effectively
