Become a pivotal leader for water compliance at the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. This full-time role is focused on ensuring quality standards and compliance across water utility operations.

As the Manager for Compliance and Quality Standards, you will provide direction for regulatory affairs and environmental compliance under the guidance of the Director of Engineering & Compliance. This position requires strategic oversight of compliance initiatives and commitment to operational excellence within municipal water systems.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to all regulatory frameworks and operating standards • Lead improvements for Drinking Water and Wastewater Quality Management • Manage audits, inspections,



and responses to compliance issues • Provide leadership and training to compliance and SCADA staff • Develop strategic policies and operational plans

Requirements: • Minimum six years in water operations or relevant compliance • Valid Ontario Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator licenses • Robust understanding of municipal regulations and legislative frameworks • Ability to build relationships with regulatory bodies • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
