Key Responsibilities: • Assist during program routines and daily transitions • Facilitate strategies for emotional and behavioural regulation • Provide behavioural support using a child-centered approach • Promote participation in recreational and play activities • Maintain communication with families and educational staff
Requirements: • Must hold RECE registration in good standing • Background in child and youth work or related disciplines • Strong communicator with children and families • Proven organizational skills for task management • Experience working with children needing behavioural support
