Responsibilities
Prepare civil design and drafting packages for roads, grading, underground utilities, and stormwater systems
Develop and revise CAD models and drawings based on project requirements and feedback
Coordinate survey data processing and integrate design information into project deliverables
Perform material take-offs and assist with bill of materials preparation
Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with standards
Conduct site visits and field inspections as required to support project execution
Requirements
Complete a Civil Design or Engineering Design and Drafting Technology diploma or possess equivalent civil drafting experience
Demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related civil design software
Utilize strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Hold a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and have access to reliable transportation
Communicate effectively and work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
