We are looking for a driven Client Care and Sales Specialist at BeWell Health, to work from our clinics in Mississauga or Hamilton. In this role, you will manage inquiries, convert leads to appointments, and handle essential administrative tasks. Your empathetic approach will ensure clients feel supported as they navigate their mental health options, while your organizational skills keep lead follow-ups efficient.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments • Communicate clinic services, fees,



and appointment availability • Document and track lead interactions in the CRM • Oversee the scheduling of client appointments with clinicians • Execute administrative functions to enhance clinic operations

Requirements: • Solid background in sales, customer service, or client management • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Comfort with handling objections and follow-ups • Familiarity with healthcare or wellness services is a plus • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
