Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the development of national membership campaigns • Assist in promoting the benefits of belonging to CNLA • Re-engage lapsed members through targeted outreach initiatives • Conduct member interviews to identify needs and improvements • Partner with Executive Directors to define membership growth goals

Requirements: • Proven experience in membership services or marketing • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities • Capable of travel within Canada, with a valid driver’s license
