DESCRIPTION

EduGlobal helps Canadian adults get funded college training and change careers. In 2026 we placed more than 1,600 students into funded Ontario programs. We are hiring our first in-house Content Creator to build our visual presence from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, in-person role. Not freelance, not remote, not a side project. You will be in our office and out in the field with a camera. If your experience is a string of short contracts, this is not the role for you. We want someone who has held a job, built something real, and can show us the results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You own our content end to end. Shooting and editing short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Long-form YouTube. Photography. Graphics and carousels. Captions and hooks. Posting, scheduling, and replying to comments and messages.

A large part of this role is on the road. You will visit our partner colleges across the GTA to film their labs, classrooms, equipment and facilities, and attend college open houses and events to capture them live. Students decide with their eyes. They want to see the lab they will train in. Your footage is what shows them.

ORGANIC GROWTH IS THE MANDATE

We are not looking for someone to run ad budgets. We want real audience growth on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, earned with good content. YouTube is our long-term priority:



a library that answers every question a Canadian adult has about funding their education, and in time about immigration and insurance as we expand.

WHAT YOU NEED

Two to three years of hands-on content creation in a permanent staff role. Strong video editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve. Confident shooting on camera and on phone. Design skills in Canva, ideally Photoshop or Illustrator. Proven organic growth you can demonstrate with real numbers. A portfolio of at least 20 pieces. A valid Ontario G licence and willingness to travel across the GTA. Legally able to work in Canada.

BONUS POINTS

YouTube channel management — thumbnails, titles, retention. Comfortable on camera yourself. Motion graphics. Background in education, immigration, insurance or financial services.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary $45,000 to $55,000 based on what you bring, paid semi-monthly. Paid vacation and all statutory holidays. Professional camera, lighting and audio equipment provided. All software licences paid. Travel costs covered. A written performance and salary review at six months.

You will report directly to the founders. No layers, no marketing committee. You pitch an idea in the morning and it can be live that afternoon. For the right person, this is the fastest way to build a portfolio and a career. And as we expand into new provinces and new service lines, this role grows with the company.
