FedEx is seeking an interviewer position to support management by overseeing daily sort, delivery and pickup activities. You will also mentor hourly staff and model best practices in performance and safety.

The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership to keep operations productive. Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least one year of courier experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to complete all required training including DG certification.
