We support our customers through operations located in NS, NB, NL, and PE.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is more than an order-entry role. You'll manage day-to-day customer needs while working closely with an assigned Sales Representative and our internal teams to deliver a great customer experience. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and be based in our Dartmouth location. This is a full-time in-office position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage customer orders, inquiries and day-to-day account needs

Build strong relationships with assigned customers

Provide dedicated support to an assigned Sales Representative

Monitor orders, inventory, releases and delivery requirements

Coordinate quotes, samples, artwork, tooling and other customer needs

Work across departments to resolve issues and meet customer commitments

Proactively follow up and keep customers and Sales informed

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

2+ years of related experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Proven experience managing accounts and working in a high-demand, fast-paced setting

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships,



provide exceptional customer service, and professionally handle complex inquiries

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve customer issues effectively

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately process orders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn about corrugated packaging solutions

Experience with inside sales support, order processing, and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn current systems A proactive approach with a robust sense of ownership and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in French, spoken and written A strong fit for this role is an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to providing responsive support, effective communication, and an outstanding customer experience.
