Customer Service - Shipping & Printing Associate – The UPS Store

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at The UPS Store in Edmonton. This is a retail and business-services environment where you will assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, passport photos, and other day-to-day business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.

Process domestic and international shipments using UPS and other available shipping services.

Assist customers with selecting appropriate shipping, packaging, and delivery options.

Pack customer items safely and professionally for shipment.

Provide printing, photocopying, scanning, document finishing, and related services.

Assist customers with passport and ID photo services.

Process mailbox services, package receiving, and customer pickups.

Operate point-of-sale (POS), shipping, printing, and office equipment.

Accept payments and accurately process customer transactions.

Answer telephone and in-store customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate shipment and transaction records.

Keep the store organized, clean, and professional.

Follow company procedures for customer privacy, security, shipping, and handling of documents.

Perform other store duties as required.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.





Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, dependable, and punctual.

Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Previous retail, customer service, shipping, printing, or office experience is an asset.

Experience with UPS shipping or The UPS Store is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
