Our client, a manufacturing company, is currently seeking a

Part-Time Data Entry / QuickBooks Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This is an on-site role, working three days per week , with time it will increase to fulltime.

Responsibilities

Enter invoices, bills, payments, and other financial information into QuickBooks.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.

Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents.

Update customer, vendor, and inventory information.

Help reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.

Prepare basic reports using QuickBooks and Excel.

Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices or missing information.





Provide general administrative support to the accounting and office team.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous data entry or administrative experience.

Experience using QuickBooks.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
