Key Responsibilities: • Deliver personal care for daily living activities • Observe and document resident health changes • Assist in the development of care plans • Respond quickly to emergencies and resident calls • Ensure proper nutrition and hydration for residents

Requirements: • Health Care Aide program completion • Registration with relevant health worker authority • Experience in mental health care is an asset • Valid CPR and First Aid certification required • Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and independently
