The Opportunity Highspring is seeking a Senior Python Developer with experience in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to support a long-term enterprise initiative. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys designing scalable applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI-powered platforms.

You will work within a global delivery environment focused on building and evolving enterprise AI solutions, reusable Python frameworks, and Generative AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Python applications and services.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Enhance and support internal Python libraries, frameworks, and AI-related tooling.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

Participate in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and prompt lifecycle management activities.

Improve prompts and workflows as recent large language model (LLM) versions become available.

Execute testing, benchmarking, and performance evaluations of AI and Generative AI solutions.

Monitor application performance and support production environments.

Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with globally distributed teams.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Python expertise.

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.





Experience working within Agile development environments.

Passion for continuous learning and emerging AI technologies.
