Position Summary The Digital Sign Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining digital signage content across Silent-Aire’s global network of internal TVs and digital displays. Working closely with the Global Marketing team, this role helps ensure employees around the world receive timely, engaging, accurate, and on-brand communications.The successful candidate will use Navori digital signage software to schedule, publish, and maintain content across multiple locations. This position will also collaborate with members of the Marketing and Communications team to develop and adapt visual and video content for digital displays.What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

They have an eye for visual quality and understand that effective internal communications need to be both engaging and easy to understand.This role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining creative content, technology, and communications and wants to play a role in connecting Silent-Aire employees across its global operations.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain content across Silent-Aire’s global internal digital TV network.

Navori digital signage software to create, update, schedule, and publish content using Ensure digital signage content is current, accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with Silent-Aire brand standards.

Coordinate with the Global Marketing team to gather, develop, and prepare content for internal communications.

Adapt existing graphics, photography, video, and marketing materials for digital signage formats.





Assist with the creation of visual communications for employee announcements, company news, events, campaigns, milestones, and other internal initiatives.

Monitor digital signage content and troubleshoot basic content or scheduling issues.

Maintain organized digital signage assets, templates, and content libraries.

Collaborate with teams across Silent-Aire to collect information and ensure relevant content is communicated effectively.

Support other digital media and marketing projects as required.Required Qualifications & Skills Experience working with digital signage, digital communications, marketing, media, or a related field.

Navori experience is an asset.

Experience with digital signage management software; Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content updates and deadlines.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Ability to adapt content for different audiences, locations, and communication needs.

Good understanding of visual communication and digital media.Technical Skills

Experience with the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications is considered an asset:

Navori or other digital signage software* Adobe Photoshop* Adobe Premiere Pro* Adobe IllustratorExperience creating or editing graphics, photography, video, motion graphics, or other digital media is also considered an asset.**HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,000-96,000 CAD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
