General Manager, Quebec Operations Location: Montreal, QC (In Office)

Cardinal Couriers is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our Quebec transportation operations. This is a unique succession prospect, providing mentorship and transition support from a long-serving operations executive approaching retirement. Travel, primarily within QC, is required.

Reporting to the President, you will oversee multiple transportation terminals across Quebec, lead a team of operational leaders, and drive performance in service, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring 7+ years of senior leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution

Proven success managing multi-site operations

Strong financial and operational management skills

Experience developing and leading high-performing teams

Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
