As the Electric Generation Engineering Leader, you will strategically oversee engineering functions that improve performance, safety, and modernization of the power generation systems. You will mentor an experienced team, collaborate cross-functionally, and make key decisions that affect the community’s reliability and service.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead Electric Generation engineering initiatives and team development • Provide technical oversight for gas turbine operations and upgrades • Manage outage plans and post-outage evaluations • Foster improvements in asset reliability and operational efficiency • Guide capital planning and lifecycle strategies for generation

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred • 7+ years in related power generation experience • 5+ years in a management role • APEGA Skilled Engineer certification • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence
