In this position, you will support our Mining client by conducting repairs on vital mechanical equipment in a powerhouse setting. Responsibilities include diagnosing generator malfunctions, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining thorough documentation. Collaborating with the Finning team and providing customer support will also be key duties of your role.

Key Responsibilities:



• Diagnose and repair Caterpillar generators and engines • Complete technical records of daily repairs and inspections • Operate machinery while adhering to safety standards • Assist Service Supervisors with various daily tasks • Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET proficiently

Requirements: • Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician or Dual Ticket Certification • Clean driver's license and recent driving abstract • Experience in powerhouse operations is an asset • Familiarity with supervisory control systems advantageous • Previous experience with Caterpillar products preferred
