Working under the Supervisor, Operations Communications Centre, you'll be a vital point of contact for emergency responses and security matters. Your responsibilities will include radio dispatching, CCTV monitoring, and interacting with MPPs to ensure streamlined operations within the Legislative Protective Services Branch.
Key Responsibilities: • Dispatch Officers for routine and emergency events • Maintain constant radio contact with officers • Monitor and evaluate alarm systems and CCTV footage • Assist with emergency response planning and protocols • Provide exemplary service to internal and external inquiries
Requirements: • High school completion or equivalent training • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in communications • Knowledge of operational procedures in emergency contexts • Ability to adapt and organize effectively • Above-average keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
