As part of the Facilities Design team, you’ll report to the supervisor and engage directly with production teams to identify fixture requirements. Your skills in CAD and experience in semi-automated processes will support Redlen's transition towards innovation in production environments.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop jigs and fixtures for testing equipment • Support fabrication and assembly with documentation • Identify areas for process improvements in production • Generate comprehensive CAD models and drawings • Design CNC machined components and 3D printed parts

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in engineering, with 3+ in manufacturing • Solidworks expertise or similar CAD software • Understanding of GD&T; principles • Familiarity with minimal constraints methodology • Strong organizational and communication skills
