In the co-op position with EQ Bank, you will support the team responsible for operational excellence in the Face-to-Face Acquisition channel. Your work will include internal audits, compliance reviews, and data analysis, contributing to strategic initiatives and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in daily operations with project and reporting support • Carry out internal reviews of operational processes • Analyze customer and operational data to uncover insights • Help develop an effective asset management strategy • Create and maintain reports and process documentation

Requirements: • Current enrollment in a Business or Finance co-op program • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Ability to present findings clearly and concisely • Experience with Salesforce and data tools is a plus
