This full-time position involves collaboration with the Programs Manager and utilizing your creativity to design meaningful recreational experiences. You will facilitate a range of engaging activities, ensuring residents’ interests and abilities guide your programming. Set up and clean up efficiently, while also documenting program outcomes for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead diverse recreational activities • Ensure protected resident participation and support during programs • Maintain records of resident engagement and program success • Assist in organizing special events and celebrations • Comply with all health and organizational policies
