Field Marketing Specialist

Mission

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a cooperative culture. Reporting to the Director, AMER Field Marketing, you will work closely with two Field Marketing Managers across Canada and the Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming (CMEG) team.

Outcomes

- Support the execution of marketing activities across Canada and CMEG, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd-party sponsorships.
- Support and own key operational and execution-based tasks.




- Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials and reporting, pre- and post-event, as well as regular sales communication cadences.
- Streamline procurement management and budget tracking.
- Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.

Competencies
- Newly graduated to 2–3 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company or relevant internship experience.
- Located near Toronto is preferred.
- Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Canva, Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac.
- Exceptional customer service to essential business partners.
- Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience is a plus.
- Travel required for events, when appropriate.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and provide feedback on improving existing processes
