Ensure adherence to financial controls and approval processes. Also work on monthly activities such as invoicing, financial forecast,



and accounting adjustments.Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks and issues.

Ensure timely escalation and resolution by working closely with stakeholders.Resource Management: Help in tracking of resource allocations and availability.Documentation & Reporting: Assist/complete monthly status reports, financial reports, and metrics logs. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.Change Control: Assist with change management activities and ensuring proper approval processes are followed.Client Communication: Work with all levels of Management, communicate and issue resolution, and maintaining client satisfaction.Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery within the AMS team.
